The recall involves Coleman, Coleman Evcon and Red T brand furnaces. The furnaces are silver with white access panels. "Coleman," "Coleman Evcon" and "Red T" brand names are located on the middle of the front access panel. The model number is written on a faceplate, found by removing both front access panels. The faceplate is found mounted on the left inside surface behind the lower panel. Models included in the recall are:

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled furnaces and contact UPG to schedule a free inspection and receive a $100 towards the cost of a new replacement UPG furnace, if the inspected furnace is included in the recall. Previously repaired units are not eligible for the refund.

Incidents/Injuries:

The firm has received reports of 402 incidents, including some involving extensive property damage that could be related to these hazards. No injuries have been reported.

Nationwide between 1995 and 2000 as original equipment in manufactured homes and as replacement furnaces in manufactured homes.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the manufacturers named below, today announced voluntary recalls of the following consumer products. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.

Name of product: Husqvarna Lawn Tractors

Units: 5,280

Manufacturer: Electrolux Home Products Inc., of Orangeburg, S.C.

Hazard: These lawn tractors can develop abrasions on the fuel tank because of the fuel line clamp's location. This can result in a fuel tank leak, which could pose a fire hazard to consumers.

Incidents/Injuries: Husqvarna has received four reports of fuel tanks leaking. There have been no reports of fire or property damage.

Description: These Husqvarna 18.5 horsepower, hydrostatic transmission, 42-inch cutting deck, lawn tractors are gasoline-powered and are designed for residential use. The recall involves models LTH18542A and LTH18542B and includes all serial numbers. The model plate with the model number information is found under the seat.

Sold at: Husqvarna dealers and distributors nationwide from November 2003 through July 2004 for about $1,500.

Description:

The recall includes Specialized Flux and Stix Sport and Comp model bicycle headlights and taillights sold separately as aftermarket equipment.  They have rechargeable batteries with USB ports.

 

Flux headlights: Flux headlights have a round, metal mounting system that fits both flat and drop handlebars.  "Flux" is printed on the side of the black, rectangular-shaped lights and on the bottom of the pewter-colored aluminum casing.

 

Flux taillights: Flux taillights have a pewter-colored base with a 110-lumen light on the top. They mount on 27.2 mm, 30.9 mm and Venge seat posts. The Specialized logo is printed on top of the taillights. They have a sensor to boost output in flash mode during the daytime. 

 

Stix headlights: Stix headlights are black with a 70-lumen light (Stix Sport) or a 105-lumen light (Stix Comp). They mount on handlebars between 22.2 mm and 35 mm in diameter. Stix is printed in white letters on the end of the headlight. 

 
Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using these recalled headlights and taillights. Return them an authorized Specialized bicycle retailer for a free repair for Flux model headlights, or a free replacement for Flux model taillights, and Stix model headlights and taillights. Consumers who bought the bicycle lights directly from Specialized should contact Specialized for return instructions.

Incidents/Injuries:

The firm has received four reports of Flux headlights or taillights overheating and two reports of Stix headlights expanding and bursting. No injuries have been reported.

This recall involves model year 2016 Polaris RZR XP Turbo recreational off-highway vehicles with Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) 3NSVDE925GF454105 through 3NSVDE923GF459495.

RZR XP Turbos were sold in graphite, orange and blue color schemes. A "Turbo" decal is located on the right and left front fenders and a "RZR" decal on the right and left rear fenders.

The VIN is on the driver's side rear frame rail, above the PVT cover. VINs are not sequential and not all VINs in the range are included in this recall.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact their local Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair. Polaris is contacting its customers directly and sending a recall letter to each registered owner.

This recall involves Diamond Sports umpire and catcher face masks with Diamond harnesses. The masks and harnesses are black. Diamond is printed in white on the harness. The face masks have lot number D-0143, D-0842, D-1041, D-1142, D-0152 or D-0451.  Lot numbers can be found on a sticker on an inside metal bar in the face mask. Only faces mask harnesses that do not have box stitching, a reinforced "X" stitching inside a box, located on the harness straps are included in this recall.

Consumers should immediately stop using recalled face masks and contact Diamond Sports for a free replacement harness.

The firm has received 36 reports of the stitching failing on the harnesses. No injuries have been reported.

This recall involves commercial air movers/blowers used to dry flooring, walls and furniture in homes and other buildings. The air movers' green plastic housing measures about 18 inches high by 18 inches long by 18 inches deep. The air movers have a 25-foot yellow electrical cord.

Users should immediately stop using the recalled air movers/blowers and contact Servpro for a free repair kit to be installed by users. Servpro is directly contacting franchises that purchased the air movers.

The model and serial numbers are located near the base of the range just below the bottom right portion of the oven door. This gas range has five burners, stainless steel exterior and Frigidaire nameplate centered on the lower part of the oven door.
