Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled tie downs and return them to Sam’s Club for a full refund.

Incidents/Injuries:

The firm has received one report of the ratchet handle failing, resulting in the loss of a heavy load from the bed of a pickup truck. No injuries have been reported.
