Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled sleepwear garments away from children, stop using them and contact Taizhou Jiawang Trading Co. LTD for a full refund. Consumers should destroy the garments by cutting them in half and email Taizhou Jiawang Trading Co. LTD. a photo of the destroyed garment at lingwushihao50@163.com. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will be issued a full refund of the purchase price. Taizhou Jiawang Trading Co. LTD. and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers directly.

Consumers should destroy the bathrobes by cutting them both vertically and horizontally and disposing of them in accordance with local state recycling laws. Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled robes away from children, stop using them and contact Goumi. Consumers should destroy the robes by cutting them both vertically and horizontally and disposing of them in accordance with local state recycling laws. Consumers should send an image of the destroyed recalled robes to Goumi by email at productrecall@goumikids.com. Upon receipt of the image, consumers will be issued instructions on how to receive a $48 store credit towards a replacement product. Goumi is directly contacting known consumers directly.

The lithium-ion battery back-up can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately unplug and stop using their recalled battery back-up and contact Moen for instructions to disable their battery back-up before disposing of the unit in accordance with applicable laws for the disposal of lithium-ion batteries.

Hazard:

The recalled audiovisual (A/V) carts can become unstable when loaded with heavy objects, such as cathode-ray tube televisions (CRT TVs). When loaded with heavy objects such as CRT TVs, the recalled A/V carts pose a tip-over hazard to children, which can result in serious injury or death.

Remedy:

Consumers should stop using the recalled carts immediately and contact Luxor for a free repair.  Luxor will provide metal ballast kits, which should be installed by the consumer to the lower shelf of the cart to add stability and weight. New warning labels cautioning consumers to place no more than 25 lbs. on each shelf will also be provided. Consumers should attach these warning labels on each shelf.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled BLAVINGAD fishing game and contact IKEA for a full refund.

Hazard:

The swirls sewn onto the exterior of the blue, crocheted ball can separate, exposing small parts, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled toys and contact Monti Kids for instructions on receiving a refund of $12. Consumers should show proof of destroying the recalled ball by cutting the blue crochet ball in half and then throwing the recalled ball in the garbage. Once they have cut the ball in half, they should send a photo of destruction to customercare@montikids.com. Consumers should state in the email that the recalled ball has been removed from use and indicate their refund preference either back to the credit card used for payment or a mailed check. Monti Kids is contacting all known purchasers.
