Hazard:

The recalled prescription drugs and products that contain lidocaine must be in child resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the products is not child resistant, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately secure the medications out of the sight and reach of children and contact Sandoz for a free child resistant pouch to store the products. Once the medication is secured, consumers can continue to use the medication as directed.

Hazard:

The magnet-lined closures can fail and result in detached magnets, posing a risk of serious injury or death if ingested. When two or more high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract to each other, or to another metal object, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting and/or blockage of the intestines, infection, blood poisoning and death.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact YETI to receive a full refund or replacement product. Visit www.yeti.com for instructions on returning the product free of charge for the choice of a suggested replacement product of equal or greater value or full refund in the form of a YETI gift card with an additional $25 value.

Hazard:

The fin scroll of the chipper shredder can fail, ejecting pieces of metal from the chipper shredder hopper during operation, posing a laceration hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chipper shredders. DR Power Equipment is contacting all known purchasers and automatically sending them a repair kit with installation instructions. Consumers will also be provided with a small sticker with letters "NF" to place on the unit's data tag to indicate that the scroll has been replaced. Consumers not wishing to make the repair themselves will be directed to a servicing dealer to make the free repair for them, including transportation to and from the dealer.

During use, the binding can partially detach from the binding baseplate at the heel or the external binding mount can crack and detach from the wakeboard, causing the user to lose their balance and fall into the water.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bindings and contact Active Sports for a free replacement product or a refund. The firm is contacting all known purchasers.

Hazard:

The recalled helmets do not comply with the positional stability and impact attenuation requirements of the CPSC federal safety standard for bicycle helmets. The helmets can fail to protect a child in the event of a crash, posing a risk of head injury.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled helmets and contact Ouwoer Direct for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps, then email a photo of the helmet with the straps cut off to Ouwoer@hotmail.com as proof of destruction. Consumers should dispose of the recalled helmets after submitting proof of destruction. Ouwoer Direct is contacting all purchasers directly.

The recalled children’s pajamas fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled children’s pajamas away from children, stop using them and contact Smocked Runway for instructions on how to receive a pre-paid mailer and return the pajamas for a full refund in the original form of payment or store credit for the original purchase price. Smocked Runway is directly contacting all known purchasers.

The recalled clothing fails to meet flammability standards for clothing textiles, posing a risk of burn injuries to consumers.

Remedy:

Hazard:

The batteries can overheat, posing thermal burn and fire hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled RELiON InSight Series® 48V batteries and contact RELiON Battery for a free repair. RELiON will provide a shipping container for the free return of the recalled batteries. A repaired battery with equivalent remaining cycle life will be shipped back immediately. RELiON will also extend the warranty on replaced batteries for an additional six months beyond the original warranty period.

Hazard:

The recalled children’s bamboo plates have elevated levels of lead and formaldehyde. Both lead and formaldehyde are toxic if ingested by children and can cause adverse health effects.  

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled plates away from children, stop using them and return them to a Primark store for a full refund or consumers can contact Primark for instructions on how to properly dispose of the product to also receive a full refund.
