Description:

This recall involves all models of the 2014 Honda Pioneer 700 recreational off-highway vehicle (ROV). ROVs are motorized off-road vehicles with a steering wheel, gas and brake pedals, bucket or bench seats, seat belts and an occupant protection structure. The recalled vehicles came in two-seat and four-seat models and were black with camouflage, olive or red hood and trim pieces. "HONDA" is on the front grill and rear tail gate. "Pioneer 700" appears on a tab on the sides of the vehicle just behind the driver's and front passenger's seats.  The model and serial numbers are on a certification label affixed to the top rear of the driver's side front wheel well. Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact their local authorized Honda dealer to schedule an appointment to have the original front door striker plates removed and replaced, free of charge.

Incidents/Injuries:

Honda has received one report of an unexpected door-release incident during a dealer set-up of the vehicle. No injuries have been reported.

The wood burning fireplace is approximately 24 inches deep by 35 inches wide and 57 inches tall, has two glass doors and a tile back inside. Item number 0027705 and model number L-OF082PST-3 are printed on the front page of the product's instruction manual. No other "Garden Treasures Living" brand outdoor fireplaces are included in this recall.

The Ryobi Model HP 1802M cordless drill is powered by an 18 volt rechargeable NiCad battery. The drills are blue and black in color with “Ryobi” appearing in red and white on the left side. The model number can be found on a white label on the right side of the drill.

Ryobi has received 47 reports of the drills overheating, smoking, melting or catching fire, including 12 reports of property damage to homes or vehicles. Two of the incidents involved minor burns from touching an overheated switch.

This recall involves Kenmore oscillating fan heaters with model number 127.90914310. The model number and Kenmore are printed on a silver sticker on the bottom of the unit.  The fan heaters are gray and white, measure about 12 inches tall by 9 inches wide, have two dials at the top for temperature and fan speed and a red on-off button on the front base. Kenmore is printed on the front bottom of the fan heaters.

Consumers should immediately turn off and unplug the recalled fan heaters and contact Transform for Kenmore brand products for a full refund.

Incidents/Injuries:

Sears and Kmart have received seven reports of the fan heaters smoking or catching fire, including two reports of injuries. Injuries include one report of smoke inhalation and one report of a blister to a consumer's finger.

This recall involves all model DR50 and DR70 Baja dirt bikes with vehicle identification number (VIN) beginning with "L98," the letter "B" as the 10th character of the VIN and having a yellow dot or line marked on or near the VIN. The model number and VIN are located on the product data plate, which is located on the side of the "goose neck" - where the handle bars meet the body of the bike.

This recall involves STOK Island and STOK Quattro gas grills. The STOK Island has a round grill base and two burners. "STOK" is written on the grill cover and a label on the bottom of the grill stand. The STOK Quattro gas grill is a rectangular, four-burner grill. "STOK" is printed on the grill's lid. To identify whether a specific Island or Quattro grill is included in this recall, you will need to look at the grill's regulator. The recalled grills have regulators on them with the model number "AZF" on the front and a date code between 1046 and 1143 on the back of the regulator.

Walmart Recalls GE Food Processors Due to Laceration and Fire Hazard

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.

Name of Product: General Electric® Food Processors

Units: About 255,000

Importer: Walmart Stores Inc., of Bentonville, Ark.

Hazard: The safety interlock system on the recalled food processor can fail; allowing operation without the lid secured which poses a laceration hazard. In addition, the product can emit smoke, or catch fire, posing a fire hazard.

Incidents/Injuries: Walmart has received a total of 58 incident reports: 24 reports of the food processor operating without the lid in place, of which 21 resulted in injuries to fingertips; and 34 reports of the unit smoking, including 3 reports of fires.

Description: This recall involves GE-branded digital, 14-cup food processors. The food processors are black with stainless steel trim, and model number 169203 is imprinted on the underside of the unit.

Sold exclusively at: Walmart stores nationwide and Walmart.com from September 2009 through February 2011 for a retail price of about $50.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled food processor and return the product to any Walmart for a full refund.
