Brian Baker and other CPSC Staff Participating in a Teleconference Meeting with Hovding Sweden AB, Research Institutes of Sweden

Brian Baker, Directorate of Laboratory Sciences and additional CPSC Staff will participate in a teleconference meeting on April 11, 2019, with Hovding Sweden AB, Research Institutes of Sweden, and their respective counsel from OFW Law on a substantial interest matter; to further discuss petition CP 18-1 filed by Hovding Sweden AB regarding an exemption from the testing requirements of 16 CFR 1203. Non-CPSC Attendees include Klas Gustaf Andersson, Research Institutes of Sweden; Fredrik Carling, Chief Executive Officer of Hovding; Nancy Nord, Of Counsel Attorney – OFW Law; Elliot Belilos, Principal Attorney – OFW Law.
