Acting Chairman Adler and Commissioner Kaye and their Staffs Meeting with Representatives from XR Association (XRA), Google, Samsung, Facebook, Sony and HTC

Acting Chairman Bob Adler and Commissioner Elliot Kaye and their Staffs will be meeting with Elizabeth Hyman, CEO of XR Association, along with some of its members, to provide a basic introduction to virtual, augmented, and mixed reality technologies and how they can impact consumer product safety. Member company representatives in attendance include Alessandro Liotta, Senior Product Counsel, Google; Ryan Radford,  Public Policy Counsel at Samsung Electronics America; Dena Feldman, AR/VR Public Policy Manager, Facebook; Timothy Mullin, on behalf of Facebook; Christina Mulvihill, Director, Public Affairs, Sony; Lisa Finkral, Corporate Counsel, HTC. The meeting will be held at CPSC Headquarters in Bethesda Towers, Room 724. The meeting was requested by Tim Mullin.
