CPSC’s Fiber Line for Broadcast Video Upgraded to Digital HD

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has installed a digital HD fiber line. This fiber line upgrade is available to broadcast media who wish to shoot Commission meetings in CPSC’s 4th floor hearing room and/or interviews in CPSC’s 4th floor media center and feed the video back to their stations.

The digital HD fiber line is connected to the DCI teleport in Washington D.C. Transmission must be purchased from DCI by the station and is the station’s responsibility.

Fiber specifications: SDI/Embedded audio input with full digital HD fiber transmission. CPSC is available at the DCI teleport on circuit # 101015.
