Decision

The Commission voted 4-1 to issue the Order Denying Respondent’s Motion to Stay Complaint Counsel’s Appeal of the Initial Decision and Order and Setting a Briefing Schedule (“Order Denying Motion to Stay”). Chairman Kaye, Commissioner Adler, Commissioner Robinson and Commissioner Mohorovic voted to issue the Order Denying Motion to Stay.  Commissioner Buerkle voted not to issue the Order.
