Decision

The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to approve the proposed All-Terrain Vehicle ("ATV")Action Plan of Textron Specialized Vehicles, Inc. ("TSV"), dated November 10, 2015. UnderSection 42(a) of the Consumer Product Safety Act, 15 U.S.C. § 2089(a), manufacturers andimporters may only import or distribute in commerce any new assembled or unassembled A TVthat complies with the mandatory standard, and is subject to an action plan filed with, andapproved, by the Commission, contains labeling certifying compliance with such action plan,and identifies the manufacturer, importer or private labeler and the ATV action plan to which itis subject.
