Decision
The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to approve the draft Regulatory Agenda and Plan for Fall 2014, without changes, to be published in a Federal Register notice. The notice publishes an agenda of regulatory actions expected to be under development or review by the agency during the next 12 months and that may have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities, including small businesses. The format is specified by the Office of Management and Budget and it may be combined with the regulatory agenda published in accordance with the Regulatory Flexibility Act, 5 U.S.C. § 602, and Executive Order 12866.
