Decision
The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to approve publication of the proposed rule in the Federal Register, as drafted, that would amend the Commission's rule at 16 C.F.R. part 1201 by replacing the testing procedures provided at 16 C.F.R. § 1201.4 with the test procedures stated in voluntary standard, ANSI Z97.1-20Q9r2, American National Standard for Safety Glazing Materials Used in Building-Safety Performance Specifications and Methods of Test.
