Decision

The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to deny both petitions, because current information would not support a conclusion that a rule is reasonably necessary to reduce an unreasonable risk of injury. The petitions are: Petition CP-2 & HP 10-1, Petition to Change the Bunk Bed Standard ("Side Entrapment Petition'); and Petition CP 03-1 & HP 03-1, Petition Requesting Standard for Bunk Bed Cornerposts ("Comer Post Extension Petition").
