Decision
The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to approve publication of the notice in the FederalRegister, with changes, to invite public comments on a petition requesting amendments to thetest procedure in the Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles, 16 C.P.R. part 1610.The petition, FF 15-1, was submitted by the International Association of Users of Artificial andSynthetic Filament Yams and ofNatural Silk. The changes (attached) were proposed by Chairman Kaye.
