Decision
The Commission voted unanimously (3-0) to approve publication in the Federal Register a notice revising system of records notice subject to the Privacy Act of 1974: CPSC-31, Contests, Challenges and Awards Programs. The notice revises CPSC-31 to clarify CPSC administered contests for minor children.
