Decision
The Commission voted unanimously (3-0) to elect Commissioner Robert S. Adler as Vice Chairman for a one-year term commencing on June 1, 2014. The Vice Chairman shall serve until the election of his successor. The Vice Chairman acts in the absence or disability of the Chairman or in case of a vacancy in the Office of the Chairman.
