Hazard:

The drawcord on the hoodies has small plastic caps that can be swallowed by a nursing baby, posing a choking hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled nursing hoodies, cut the fully extended drawstring cords and discard the cords. Consumers can also request a $75 store credit by filling out an online form at www.kindredbravely.com/pages/bamboo-hoodie-safety-recall and providing a photo of the cut drawstrings cords and company branding.

Hazard:

The zipper can detach from the sleep sack, posing a choking hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using, take the recalled sleep sack and cut it in half with a pair of scissors, take a photo of it, and discard it in the household trash.  Contact WeeSprout to receive a $17 refund or credit in the form of a gift card.  Email a photo documenting that the sleep sack has been destroyed along with your contact information to weecare@weesprout.com to receive the refund or credit. WeeSprout is contacting all known purchasers.

The recalled children’s pajamas fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled children’s pajamas away from children, stop using them and contact Paper Cape for a full refund or a refund in the form of store credit for the original purchase price + 10%. Consumers should destroy the recalled children’s pajamas by cutting them in half then send Paper Cape a photo of the destroyed garment. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will be issued a full refund of the purchase price or store credit for the original purchase price + 10%. Paper Cape is contacting all known purchasers directly.

The children’s robes fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled robes away from children, stop using them and contact Vaenait Baby for a full refund. Consumers who purchased the robes will be asked to destroy the robes by cutting them in half and send the recalling firm a photo of the destroyed garment. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will be issued a full refund of the purchase price. Vaenait Baby will contact all known purchasers.

The mattress support pins can become loose or not fit properly causing the mattress to fall, posing a fall hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cribs and contact Crate and Barrel for a full refund or free replacement. Crate and Barrel is contacting all purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The textile ink painted on the recalled clothing sets contains levels of lead that exceed either the federal lead paint ban or the federal lead content ban, posing a lead poisoning hazard. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled children’s clothing sets away from children and contact Bentex for instructions on how to return or dispose of the recalled clothing to receive a full refund.

Hazard:

The threads in the recalled woven baby blankets can come loose and detach posing choking, entrapment and strangulation hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled baby blankets and return them to any HomeGoods, Marshalls or T.J. Maxx store for their choice of a full refund or store credit.  Alternately, consumers can contact TJX for instructions on how to submit a photo of the recalled blanket, along with their contact information and written confirmation that they will discard the blanket to receive a full refund or a refund in the form of a store gift card.

The parking brake on the strollers can fail, posing fall and injury hazards to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled strollers. Baby Trend and Amazon are contacting all purchasers directly with instructions for how to return the strollers at no cost in exchange for either a $175 e-voucher for use at Baby Trend’s online store or a full refund. If you do not receive communication from either Baby Trend or Amazon, contact Baby Trend.

The bath seats fail to meet the federal safety standard for infant bath seats, including requirements for stability and leg openings, and can tip over while in use, posing a drowning hazard to babies.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled infant bath seats and contact Yuboloo to receive a pre-paid label to return the infant bath seats. Upon receipt of the infant bath seats, consumers will be issued a full refund for the purchase price. Yuboloo is notifying all known purchasers directly.

The stroller’s rear disc brakes have openings that can cause amputation or laceration if a non-occupant child’s fingertip gets caught in the openings while the stroller is in use.

Remedy:
