Hazard:

Surface paint on the desks and chairs contains levels of lead that exceed the federal lead paint ban, posing a lead poisoning hazard. The desks and chairs also fail to comply with the federal lead content ban. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled children’s desks and chairs and return them to a Times Tienda store for a full refund.​

Components of the recalled promotional ducks contain levels of certain phthalates that exceed the federal phthalate content standard. A component of the promotional fishing duck also contains a level of lead that exceeds the federal lead content standard. Phthalates and lead are toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using and dispose of the recalled plush promotional ducks. Communicorp is contacting Aflac employees and licensed agents who purchased these plush promotional ducks directly.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled advent calendars away from children and contact ALDI for a full refund.

Surface paint on the wooden toys contains levels of lead that exceed the federal lead paint ban. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled toys away from children and contact Stack Em’ Up Books to receive a pre-paid shipping label to return the recalled product, regardless of whether they purchased the product or received it as a free giveaway. Consumers that purchased the product at www.stackemupbooks.com or the Philadelphia Gift Show will receive a full refund once they return the product.

Paint on the wood wagons, the plastic handles, and the red plastic cover contain levels of lead that exceed the maximums allowed. Excessive levels of lead can be toxic or cause other health problems to young children if the paint is ingested.  

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled wagons away from children and return them for a full refund. The involved retailers are contacting all known purchasers to arrange returns and providing pre-paid shipping labels and return instructions. Consumers will receive a full refund once the recalled product is returned.
