Hazard:

The bottom exterior of the stainless-steel cups contains an accessible solder bead with levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. In addition, the lid can crack and break during use producing sharp edges and small parts, posing choking and laceration hazards to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the cups away from children, stop using them and contact LAOION for a full refund. LAOION and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers directly.

The vehicle’s internal motor wiring can become damaged over time. Under certain conditions, this issue can cause the vehicle to move unintentionally. This movement poses a crash hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the E-Z-GO PTV and Tracker OX vehicles and contact their dealership or Textron Specialized Vehicle for a free repair. Textron Specialized Vehicles is contacting all purchasers directly.

The plastic fittings that attach the mirror to the wall can break, causing the mirror to fall, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mirrors and contact IKEA to order a free set of replacement wall fittings and instructions. Alternatively, customers can return the mirror to any IKEA store for a full refund. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required to receive a full refund.

The electric fireplaces can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using and unplug the recalled electric fireplace and contact Twin-Star for a refund of the purchase price. Hazard:

The children’s nightgowns fail to meet the flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled nightgowns away from children, stop using them and contact iMOONZZZ for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to destroy the garments by cutting them in half and disposing of them in accordance with local state recycling laws. Consumers should send the recalling firm a photo of the destroyed garment by email at imoonzzz-recall@cdreame.com. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will be issued a full refund of the purchase price. iMOONZZZ is contacting all known purchasers directly.

The exhaust pipe can break and cause damage to the unit due to excessive heat, especially in the presence of dry cuttings or spilled fuel, posing fire and burn hazards.

Remedy:

Hazard:

An improperly installed center brake line can cause the rear brake circuit to remain pressurized during operation, resulting in overheated brakes and reduced braking performance, posing fire and crash hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact Polaris or an authorized Polaris dealer to schedule a free inspection, and repair if needed. Polaris has notified consumers to stop riding the vehicles and is contacting registered owners directly.

The recalled Magnolia 3-wick candles were manufactured with the incorrect wax, which can cause excessive flames on the wicks and cause the glass candle containers to break, posing fire and laceration hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled candles and contact Magnolia for a full refund. Consumers who purchased the candles online will be contacted directly. Magnolia Market is directly contacting all known purchasers.

Hazard:

The vehicle can move when on an incline and “park” is displayed on the digital dash. This can allow the vehicle to roll away, posing a crash hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact Textron Specialized Vehicles to schedule a free repair. The repair kit will include a new shift cable bracket, shift sensor, and a decal to be placed at the dash display. The new shift sensor will allow the dash to display an "E" for shift error if “park” on the vehicle is not fully engaged. Customers will be directly notified to bring their vehicle to an authorized dealership to have the kit added at no cost. Textron is contacting all known purchasers.
