Hazard:

The internal circuit board components can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Russound MCA-88 Multizone Controller Amplifiers and contact Russound to arrange for a free replacement unit to be installed at no cost by a certified professional installer.

Hazard:

The skateboards can stop balancing the rider if the boards’ limits are exceeded, posing a crash hazard that can result in serious injury or death.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Onewheel electric skateboards. Consumers with the Onewheel GT, Onewheel Pint X, Onewheel Pint, or Onewheel+ XR electric skateboards should download or update the Onewheel app, and use the app to update the firmware on their board to include Haptic Buzz alert functionality. Haptic Buzz is a tactile and audible warning system that provides the rider with a buzzing sensation and sound when nearing the limits of the board or when in low battery or error states. The firmware update for the Onewheel GT will be available within one week, with the firmware update for the Pint X, Pint, and XR launching within six weeks. Consumers with the Original Onewheel or Onewheel+ model should visit https://recall.onewheel.com to arrange for a pro-rated refund in the form of a store credit upon confirmation of disposal of the product.

Hazard:

The passenger side seat belt buckle bracket was not properly welded, which could result in the seat belt anchor point separating from the frame, posing an injury hazard to consumers.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact Polaris or an authorized Polaris (Polaris vehicles only), Arien (Gravely vehicles only), or Bobcat (Bobcat vehicles only) dealer to schedule a free inspection or repair, if needed.

Polaris has notified consumers to stop riding the vehicles and is contacting registered owners directly to provide more details about the repair.

Hazard:

A wire connection in the air fryer can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled air fryers and contact Secura for an Amazon gift card in the amount of $45 or a free replacement at consumer’s choice with Secura products as listed on Secura’s webpage at https://www.thesecura.com/recall/. To receive the gift card or replacement product consumers must provide their contact information and submit photos of the recalled unit with the power cord cut off and include information of the product’s date code located at the bottom of the product. No receipt is needed to receive a replacement. Secura is contacting all known purchasers.

Hazard:

The can’s spray valve assembly can detach with force, posing an impact injury hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled spray paint cans, take a photo of the product and the date code on the bottom of the can, wrap the product in a plastic bag, and place it out of reach of children. Consumers should contact Rust-Oleum for a full refund at recall@rustoleum.com

Consumers will be asked to provide the photos of the product and the date code on the bottom of the can, and name and mailing address to receive the refund. Consumers should dispose of the recalled product in accordance with local requirements.

Hazard:

The recalled dietary supplements contain iron, which must be in child-resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the products is not child-resistant, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately store the recalled multivitamins in a safe location out of reach and sight of children. Contact Nutraceutical Corporation for instructions on how to dispose of the product and receive a full refund or a product replacement with the proper child-resistant packaging. The replaced product will be identical to the existing product aside from the new lid. Nutraceutical Corporation and Solaray are contacting all known purchasers directly.

The aerosol containers can rupture and leak, posing injury and laceration hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled insect spray and contact Procter & Gamble for a full refund by filling out a form online at www.zevoinsect.com/recall. Consumers must provide a photo of the bottom of the canister with the lot number visible or a sales receipt. After requesting a refund, consumers should dispose of the product by placing it in the household trash. Do not empty the product prior to disposal.

Hazard:

The recalled bonded crank parts can separate and break, posing a crash hazard to consumers.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the cranksets manufactured before July 1, 2019, and contact an authorized Shimano dealer to schedule a free crankset inspection. Only consumers whose cranksets show signs of bonding separation or delamination during the inspection will be provided a free replacement crankset and installation.

Hazard:

The mattresses could have been exposed to water during the manufacturing process allowing mold to develop and posing a health risk to individuals with compromised immune systems, damaged lungs or an allergy to mold.

Remedy:

Consumers should contact FXI to receive a full refund or a free replacement mattress including free delivery of the new mattress and pick up and disposal of the recalled mattress. Costco is contacting all known purchasers directly.
