The recalled glass doorknobs can crack and separate from the doorknob assembly, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled doorknobs and contact Prime-Line for instructions on how to receive a full refund.

Hazard:

The bolt on the electric scooter can come loose causing the suspension and wheel assembly to separate, posing fall and injury hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled scooters and contact Apollo for a free replacement bolt to repair the scooter. The firm will send instructions with a video link demonstrating how consumers can install the new bolt on their scooter at home. Apollo will also make its servicing and partner locations available to any customers to have the bolt replaced or tightened free of charge. Apollo is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

Plastic control knobs with a black shaft on the cooktop can crack or break during use, posing a risk of gas leak, fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cooktops, check for plastic control knobs with a black shaft and contact Electrolux Group for a free set of replacement knobs. Consumers can continue to use knobs with a chrome-colored shaft.  The firm is contacting known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The recalled helmets do not comply with the coverage, positional stability, and labeling requirements of the CPSC federal safety standard for bicycle helmets. The helmets can fail to protect in the event of a crash, posing a risk of head injury.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled helmets and contact Ecnup for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps, email photos of the helmet with the straps cut off to bikebikeliu@hotmail.com to prove destruction, and then dispose of the recalled helmet. Ecnup is contacting all purchasers directly.

Hazard:

When the charging cord is plugged into the device without the adapter and/or directly into the charging port on the machine, the battery can overheat and short circuit, posing burn and fire hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled pool vacuums and contact Aiper to receive a free replacement of Aiper's Seagull Pro robotic pool cleaner. Aiper will provide a free return label for consumers to send the product back to Aiper. Within seven days of receiving the recalled Elite Pro, Aiper will ship the replacement product. Aiper is contacting all purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The recalled power banks can overheat and ignite, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled power banks and contact Costco for a full refund. Ubio Labs is no longer in operation. Costco has contacted all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The product contains sodium hydroxide which must be in child resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the products is not child resistant, posing a risk of chemical burns and irritation to the skin and eyes. In addition, the label on the product violates the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) by omitting the mandatory information on the packaging.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately store the recalled products in a safe location out of sight and reach of children and contact Midwest Lubricants for a free replacement with child resistant packaging and a new label. Midwest Lubricants and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The towers can tip over while in use posing fall and injury hazards to young children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Simplay3 Toddler Tower, take it away from children and contact the firm to receive a free set of stabilizing bases to be attached to the toddler tower.

Hazard:

The spindles used on the recalled beds are spaced at a distance that creates a serious entrapment hazard that can lead to strangulation and/or death to children. The design of the bed allows a child’s torso to slip through the rail opening but will not allow their head to pass, posing entrapment and strangulation hazards that could result in death.

Remedy:

CPSC urges consumers to dispose of the recalled beds and NOT to resell or donate them. It is a violation of federal law to sell or distribute recalled products. The firm has filed for dissolution with the State of Ohio and has represented to CPSC that it is unable to offer a remedy to consumers.
