The metal blades of the auger of the ice maker can break, resulting in small pieces of metal going into the ice basket, posing a laceration hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the Countertop Nugget Ice Makers manufactured before June 1, 2022, and contact Far Success Trading Limited to receive a free replacement. The firm will provide instructions to disable your present ice maker, which should then be disposed of. Far Success Trading Limited is notifying all known purchasers directly. Consumers should send a photo of the product label on the back of their present ice maker to the email address or website designated above by Far Success Trading Limited.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled Sleepyhead Loveys and Bandana Bib away from children and remove the care instruction label to eliminate the hazard or, if consumers do not wish to remove the label, they can return the products using pre-paid shipping from the company for a full refund.

Hazard:

The magnets used to connect the various pieces of The FORT can become dislodged from their pouches, posing choking and laceration hazards to young children.

Remedy:

CPSC urges consumers to dispose of recalled children’s play tents and NOT to resell or donate them. It is a violation of federal law to sell or distribute recalled products. The firm is no longer in business, so there is no remedy for consumers.

Hazard:

The recalled pet products can contain bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, an environmental organism found widely in soil and water. People with weakened immune systems or external medical devices who are exposed to Pseudomonas aeruginosa face a risk of serious infection that may require medical treatment. The bacteria can enter the body if inhaled, through the eyes, or through a break in the skin. People with healthy immune systems are usually not affected by the bacteria.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products purchased from June 2023 through August 2023 and should visit www.CBPetCareRecall.com and complete the refund request form or call the firm toll-free. Consumers should take a picture of the product with their initials and date written in marker and email it to CBPetCareRecall@curiobrands.com and dispose of the product in its container with household trash. Do not empty the product prior to disposal.

Hazard:

The skateboards can stop balancing the rider if the boards’ limits are exceeded, posing a crash hazard that can result in serious injury or death.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Onewheel electric skateboards. Consumers with the Onewheel GT, Onewheel Pint X, Onewheel Pint, or Onewheel+ XR electric skateboards should download or update the Onewheel app, and use the app to update the firmware on their board to include Haptic Buzz alert functionality. Haptic Buzz is a tactile and audible warning system that provides the rider with a buzzing sensation and sound when nearing the limits of the board or when in low battery or error states. The firmware update for the Onewheel GT will be available within one week, with the firmware update for the Pint X, Pint, and XR launching within six weeks.
