The recalled steam humidifiers containing a specific type of electrode wire with a “D” shaped connector can loosen causing arcing and/or overheating, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Consumers should immediately stop using and shut off the recalled humidifiers and contact Research Products to receive a free electrode wire repair kit and assistance with identifying a qualified contractor to schedule an appointment for a free replacement of their electrode connector wires.

The recalled helmets do not comply with the positional stability requirements of the U.S. CPSC federal safety standard for bicycle helmets. The helmets can fail to protect in the event of a crash, posing a risk of head injury.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled helmets and contact Sound Around to receive a full refund of the purchase price. To receive a refund consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps, upload photos of the helmet with the straps cut to the recall registration website and then dispose of the recalled helmet. Consumers who received the unit as a free promotion should dispose of the unit so that children cannot use it.

When using the recalled bath toys, particularly in a bathtub or wading pool, a child can slip and fall or sit onto the hard plastic top fin of the shark, posing risks of impalement, lacerations and punctures.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bath toys and contact Zuru for a full refund of $14 for each full-size bath toy or $6 for each mini-size bath toy, in the form of a prepaid virtual Mastercard. Consumers should immediately store the recalled dietary supplements in a safe location out of reach and sight of children and contact Nationwide Pharmaceutical for information on how to dispose of the product. Consumers can also return the product to the place of purchase to receive a refund of the purchase price.

The recalled Poseidon M28A Dive Computers can stop working due to intake of water causing a malfunctioning depth sensor resulting in a loss of dive data for the diver, posing an injury hazard.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled dive computers and contact Poseidon Diving Systems at m28a@poseidon.com to return the product via free return shipping and receive a free repair.

The handle for the weight pockets in the Scuba Diving Buoyancy Compensating Device can break during use. If this happens, the user will not be able to dump weight pockets in an emergency to rise to the surface, posing a drowning hazard.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled SCUBA Diving Buoyancy Compensating Devices and contact Huish Outdoors to receive free replacement weight pockets.  Pockets are detachable and easily replaceable. Consumers should dispose of the current weight pockets.

The brake hose can detach from the brake lever, posing a crash hazard.

Consumers should immediately stop using the bicycles with the recalled brakes and contact their local authorized Trek dealer for a free inspection and repair.
