Hazard:

The recalled mouthwash contains ethanol in a concentration which must be in child-resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the products is not child-resistant, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately store the recalled mouthwash in a safe location out of reach and sight of children, and contact Nutraceutical Corporation for a full refund or free replacement product, including shipping, depending on availability. Consumers will be asked to dispose of the product. Nutraceutical is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The recalled children’s pajama sets violate the flammability regulations for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children. 

Remedy:

Consumers should stop using the children’s pajamas immediately and contact Oso & Me for a full refund. Consumers who purchased the product will be asked to destroy the garment by cutting the top and bottom in half, and sending the recalling firm a photo of the destroyed garment to ProductRecall@osoandme.com. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will be issued a full refund of the purchase price.

Hazard:

The wheelbase welds on the stands can bend or break while the stand is being moved, causing the stands to fall over, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mobile stands and contact SMART Technologies ULC for an on-site replacement of the wheelbase free of charge. SMART and its authorized resellers are contacting known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The recalled children’s pajamas fail to meet the federal flammability regulations for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children. 

 

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled pajamas away from children, stop using them and contact Vanilla Underground for a full refund. Consumers should destroy the garments by cutting them in half and disposing of them in accordance with local and state recycling laws. Consumers should send a photo of the destroyed garment to customercare@vanillaunderground.com. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will be issued a full refund of the purchase price.

The recalled charge station can overheat, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the Vernier Go Direct Charge Station, and contact Vernier to receive instructions on how to return their charge station for a free repair. Vernier is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The paint or surface coating on the red mallet, blue mallet, red hoop, and winning post contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead paint ban, posing a lead poisoning hazard. In addition, the coating on the red and blue mallets contains levels of regulated phthalates that exceed the prohibition of specific phthalates. Lead and phthalates are toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled family croquet sets, and contact DOM Sports for information on how to email a photo of the recalled product being disposed of to support@domsports.com to receive the free replacement parts. DOM Sports and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers.

Hazard:

The primary (drive) clutch can fail causing the clutch or its components to separate from the vehicle, posing an injury hazard. 

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled snowmobiles and contact Polaris or an authorized Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair to replace the primary (drive) clutch. Polaris has notified consumers to stop riding the vehicles and is notifying all dealers and contacting registered owners directly.

The recalled mattresses violate multiple provisions of the federal safety regulation for crib mattresses, including the thickness test, and are missing warnings and labels. The product poses a suffocation hazard to infants.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using and destroy the recalled mattresses, and contact Biloban to receive a full refund and for directions on how to dispose of the mattresses. Biloban and Amazon are contacting all purchasers directly.

The biometric lock on the gun safes can be opened by unauthorized users, posing a serious injury hazard and risk of death.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the biometric feature of the recalled safe, remove the batteries from the safe, and only use the key when storing firearms. Contact Bulldog to receive a repair kit or free replacement safe for consumers with the Magnum Biometric Pistol Vaults, or a free replacement safe for consumers with the Magnum Biometric Top Load Pistol Vaults.
