Hazard:

The recalled high chair, which converts into a booster seat, violates the safety regulations for both high chairs and booster seats. Multiple failures were identified including, but not limited to, insufficient restraint system, stability, static load, latching and locking mechanisms, leg openings, warnings, labels, and literature. The product can tip over or collapse and present a fall hazard to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled high chairs and return them to Walmart for a full refund. Shenzhen Yingjieshang Trade and Walmart are contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The brake line can come in contact with the brake disc, which can cause damage to the brake line and result in brake loss, posing an injury hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled snowmobiles, and contact Textron Specialized to arrange for a free inspection and free repair at a dealer or to receive a free repair kit, including shipping. Textron Specialized will mail consumers a repair kit which consists of a cable tie, installation instructions, and a turn card for consumers to repair their vehicle themselves. Textron Specialized Vehicles is contacting all purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The recalled crib mattresses violate the federal safety regulation for mattresses by failing to meet the flammability and labeling requirements, posing a fire hazard to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled crib mattresses and contact the firm by email to receive a full refund and for directions on how to dispose of the mattresses. Shenzhen Coral Island Furniture and Amazon are contacting all purchasers directly by email. Consumers should use scissors to cut out the top fabric on both sleep surfaces, and submit photos of each side to coralisland2020@outlook.com to receive a refund and instructions on how to dispose of the mattress.

Hazard:

The portable water heaters can leak gas from the gas regulator connection, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately turn off and stop using the recalled portable water heaters and contact The Home Appliances for a free repair kit. The repair kit consists of a replacement gas regulator with a quick connect attachment that allows for easy connection and disconnection without the need to screw in the gas regulator. Instructions for installing this repair kit will also be provided.

Hazard:

The recalled children’s pajamas fail to meet the flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled pajamas away from children, stop using them and contact Liverpool Football Club for a full refund. Consumers should destroy the garments by cutting them in half and disposing of them in accordance with local and state recycling laws. Consumers should send the recalling firm a photo of the destroyed garment using https://store.liverpoolfc.com/us-product-recall. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will be issued a full refund of the purchase price.

The snowmobile’s left ski can break, posing a risk of serious injury and crash hazard. 

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the snowmobiles, and contact BRP to schedule a free inspection and repair at the dealership by replacing the left ski free of cost. BRP is contacting all purchasers directly.

The bicycle headtube/downtube weld can become damaged, and separate from the bicycle frame, posing fall and injury hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact an authorized Cannondale dealer for a free replacement frame.

Hazard:

The recalled mouthwash contains ethanol in a concentration which must be in child-resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the products is not child-resistant, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately store the recalled mouthwash in a safe location out of reach and sight of children, and contact Nutraceutical Corporation for a full refund or free replacement product, including shipping, depending on availability. Consumers will be asked to dispose of the product. Nutraceutical is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Consumers who purchased the product will be asked to destroy the garment by cutting the top and bottom in half, and sending the recalling firm a photo of the destroyed garment to ProductRecall@osoandme.com. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will be issued a full refund of the purchase price.

The wheelbase welds on the stands can bend or break while the stand is being moved, causing the stands to fall over, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mobile stands and contact SMART Technologies ULC for an on-site replacement of the wheelbase free of charge. SMART and its authorized resellers are contacting known purchasers directly.
