Hazard:

The biometric lock on the safes can fail and be opened by unauthorized users, posing a serious injury hazard and risk of death if the safe is used to store firearms.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the biometric lock feature, remove the batteries, and only use the key for the recalled safes to store their items until they get the free replacement. Contact Machir to receive instructions on disabling the biometric lock feature and on how to receive a free replacement safe. Consumers will be asked to disable the biometric reader and email a photo of the disabled biometric reader to Info@machir.com in order to receive a replacement safe. The instructions on how to safely destroy the biometric reader are also located at http://machir.com/biorecall/.

The pot handle can detach or become loose, posing burn and scald risks to consumers from hot food and liquids spilling from the product.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled camping cooking pot, and contact Cascade Designs for instructions on submitting a photo of the product to receive a free replacement pot handle/lifter. The replacement pot handle/lifter does not require tools to install.

The USB charger’s cable can become damaged or break over time, posing burn and electric shock hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chargers and return the charger to any IKEA store for a full refund; or, if you are unable to return it to a store, contact IKEA for instructions on how to dispose of the ÅSKSTORM 40W USB Chargers to receive a full refund. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required to receive a full refund.

Hazard:

The recalled propane exchange cylinders could leak gas, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should stop using the recalled EVAS 20 lb. propane cylinders immediately, close the top valve completely and return them to any AmeriGas Propane Exchange retail location for a free replacement. Consumers can find exchange retail locations at https://www.amerigas.com/locations/find-propane. Worthington advises consumers to close the valve on top of the cylinder completely when returning them.

The rugs violate the federal flammability regulations for carpets and rugs, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should stop using the rugs immediately and contact Yalande-US for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to destroy the product by cutting it in half, and to provide proof of destruction by sending a photo of the cut product to yalande_us2021@163.com to receive a full refund. Yalande-US is contacting all known consumers directly.

The laptop AC adapters can overheat and spark, posing burn and fire hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled AC adapters and contact Dynabook Americas for a free replacement AC adapter. 

Visit https://support.dynabook.com/axx2024 to identify if the AC adapter is part of the recall and for instructions on how to order a replacement. Consumers need to submit a photo of their AC adapter with the power cord cut and certify proper disposal to dba-acadapter2024@dynabook.com to receive a free replacement.

Hazard:

The portable fuel bottles do not meet the child-resistant requirements for closures under the Children's Gasoline Burn Prevention Act (CGBPA). The closure for the products is not child-resistant, posing a risk of burn and poisoning to children. The 530mL BRS bottle was manufactured after the Portable Fuel Container Safety Act (PFCSA) became effective and lacks a flame mitigation device, posing a flash fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled fuel bottles and place them out of reach to children. To receive a full refund, WAOLi is asking consumers to initial and date the bottles, and then submit a photo of them in the trash along with their refund request.

Hazard:

The strap anchor can become dislodged from the helmet when sufficient force is applied, and therefore violates the CPSC federal safety regulation for bicycle helmets. The helmets can fail to protect in the event of a crash, posing a risk of head injury.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Bell Soquel Youth Helmets and contact Bell Sports for a refund. To receive a refund, consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps and upload photos of the helmet with the straps cut to consumersupport-bell@bellhelmets.com to prove destruction, then dispose of the recalled helmet.
