The recalled shell fireworks can explode prematurely, posing explosion and burn hazards to consumers and bystanders.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled fireworks and contact 13131 Imports for a full refund. Hazard:

The recalled crib mattresses fail to comply with multiple provisions of the Federal Safety Standard for Crib Mattresses, including the firmness test and missing warnings and labels. The product poses a suffocation hazard to infants.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the crib mattresses and contact Room & Board to receive a full refund. Restwell Mattress Co. and Room & Board are contacting all purchasers directly and will arrange for pick up at no charge.

Hazard:

The vehicle’s clutch can fracture, causing fragments to be ejected from the vehicle, posing fire and injury hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact Polaris or an authorized Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair. The dealer will replace the primary (drive) clutch free of charge. Polaris has notified consumers to stop riding the vehicles and is notifying all dealers and registered owners directly to provide more details about the repair.

Hazard:

The metal snaps on the jeans can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled jeans away from children and return the jeans to any The Children’s Place store for a full refund. The Children’s Place is notifying all known purchasers.

Hazard:

A fuel leak can occur at the fuel pump outlet connector on the fuel tank near a hot surface, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact Polaris or an authorized Polaris (Polaris vehicles only), Gravely (Gravely vehicles only), or Bobcat (Bobcat vehicles only) dealer to schedule a free inspection and repair. The dealer will replace the fuel pump or fuel tank, depending on the vehicle type, free of charge. Polaris, Gravely, and Bobcat have notified consumers to stop riding the vehicles and are notifying all dealers and registered owners about this recall and free repair.

The candle’s jar can crack or break during use, posing laceration and burn hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled candles and return them to any Target store for a full refund, or contact Target to receive a prepaid return label to return the candles by mail.

Hazard:

The pressurized aerosol bed bug and flea killer cans can rupture and expel shrapnel, posing injury and laceration hazards to consumers. In addition, leakage of contents can pose a risk of skin and eye irritation upon contact.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Bed Bug & Flea Killer, take a photo of the recalled can and lot code, wrap the product in a plastic bag or several layers of paper, and dispose of it in the trash. Consumers should use caution to avoid skin and eye contact if the can appears to be leaking. Consumers should submit their photo of the can, their contact information and written confirmation that they will dispose of the recalled can to Maggie’s Farm at info@maggiesfarmproducts.com to receive a full refund.
