The wooden frame of the chair can break or collapse when a consumer is seated in the chair, posing a fall hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chairs and contact TJX for instructions on how to receive a full refund and dispose of chairs. Consumers can also return the recalled chairs to any HomeGoods, Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, or Homesense store for a full refund.

Hazard:

If a water bead is ingested, it expands and can pose ingestion, choking and intestinal obstruction hazards inside a child’s body, resulting in severe discomfort, vomiting, dehydration and a risk of death to a child.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using and take away the recalled water beads from children. Contact Buffalo Games for a full refund and instructions on how to return the product in a prepaid mailing package supplied by the firm or return the product to any Target store.

Hazard:

The mechanical disc brake calipers located on the front and rear of the e-bike can fail resulting in loss of control, posing crash and injury hazards to the rider.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using Lectric e-bikes with the recalled disc brake calipers and contact the firm for a free mechanical caliper repair kit. Consumers will receive up to $100 towards the cost to install front and rear mechanical brake calipers. Lectric Ebikes is contacting all purchasers directly.

The recalled clothes dryers can overheat and ignite the clothes load, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Distributors, owners or laundry operators should immediately stop using the recalled models and contact Whirlpool for a free repair. Whirlpool is contacting known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

Incorrectly installed check valves and vent hoses can lead to fuel overflow, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ARGO Xplorer ATVs. ARGO is contacting all known purchasers directly with instructions to contact an authorized ARGO ATV dealer for a free inspection and repair of the fuel system. The dealer will perform an inspection of the vent system, re-route and extend the vent hose, and install a fuel neck insert.

The tire bead can unseat from the rim and lead to rapid air loss in the tires, resulting in loss of control and posing a fall hazard.

The regulators could leak gas, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled regulators, turn off the propane cylinder valve, and disconnect the regulator. Consumers should contact their RegO distributor or RegO to receive a free replacement regulator. Consumers should discard the recalled regulator.

Hazard:

The recalled smart plugs are not adequately grounded and can pose an electric shock to the user.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled smart plugs and contact Emporia to receive a full refund or a free replacement smart plug. Emporia will remotely disable the smart plug and consumers should discard the smart plug. The smart plug must be connected to the internet for remote disabling process to be effective. Consumers unable to connect to the internet to allow the remote disabling process can ship the item back to Emporia at no cost. Once the smart plug is disabled or returned to Emporia, a free replacement smart plug or a full refund will be issued.

Hazard:

The handlebar hooks on the recalled snowmobiles pose a puncture hazard and risk of serious injury if the rider’s body impacts the handlebar hook during a crash. 

 

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled snowmobiles and contact Polaris or an authorized Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair. Polaris is offering consumers free replacement handlebar hooks that can be self-installed or installed by an authorized Polaris dealer. Polaris is notifying all dealers and registered owners directly.
