The clamp bolt on the brake lever can come loose, posing a crash hazard to the rider. A rider uses the brake lever to activate the braking system to slow or stop the bicycle.

Consumers should then visit www.pixy.com for instructions on how to participate in the recall, receive a refund of the purchase price, and dispose of the battery in accordance with local and state regulations. The Pixy flying camera and other Pixy accessories are also separately eligible for a refund of the purchase price.

The weight plates can dislodge from the handle during use, posing an impact hazard.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled NordicTrack 50 LB iSelect Voice-Controlled Adjustable Dumbbells and contact iFIT to receive a full refund. iFIT is contacting all known purchasers directly.

The recalled children’s nightgowns violate the federal flammability regulations for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled nightgowns away from children, stop using them and contact Stripe and Stare for a full refund. Consumers should destroy the garments by cutting them in half and send Stripe and Stare a photo of the destroyed product by email at hellousa@stripeandstare.com. The fan’s blade can crack or break and fall off the unit, posing an impact injury hazard.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ceiling fans and contact Visual Comfort & Co. to obtain free replacement new blades. If the consumer is not able to install the blades, consumers should schedule installation of the repair kit by a certified electrician. Once the repair kit has been installed, consumers should send the invoice to Visual Comfort for the installation charges, to receive a reimbursement in the full amount of the cost of the service in the form of a check.

The rhinestones embedded in the recalled tiaras contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled tiaras away from children, stop using them and contact LordRoadS for a refund. LordRoadS and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers.

The wiring harness that manages the charging of the lithium-ion battery was not properly assembled, creating a risk of overheating and fire while charging.

Consumers should immediately stop using and unplug the recalled electric bikes. Consumers should enter their serial number on www.pacific-cycle.com/safety-notices-recalls before returning the bike(s) to confirm their electric bike is part of the recall. Return the recalled bikes to Bass Pro Shops or Cabela’s to receive a full refund.
