Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mirrors, unplug them and contact RH for their choice of full refund of the purchase price or a refund in the form of a credit if the consumer’s purchase price cannot be determined, or a free replacement mirror.  RH will schedule a free pick up of the recalled mirror.  RH is contacting all known purchasers directly.

When opened for the first time, pressure build up in the bottle can cause the cap and underlying seal to pop off with force, posing an injury hazard.

Consumers with an unopened bottle(s) should not attempt to open the product and should contact Reckitt to return the unopened bottle(s) to receive a full refund. A postage-paid label will be provided. Bottles that have already been opened are not subject to this recall as they would have released any pressure build up and do not present an injury hazard.

The vehicle’s intake funnel band screw can loosen and enter the engine through the intake funnel and cause sudden engine failure. If this occurs, it could result in a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled recreational off-highway vehicles and contact an authorized Honda Powersports dealer to schedule an appointment for a free inspection and repair. Honda is contacting all known purchasers directly.

The maracas can break or become unscrewed and release the metal beads inside, posing choking and suffocation hazards to young children.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Be the Band Music Sets and contact Crate and Barrel for instructions on how to receive a refund in the form of a $20 store credit for the maracas. Crate and Barrel is contacting all known purchasers directly.

The flashlights can be turned on inadvertently and overheat while stored in the holster or a consumer’s pocket, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled flashlights and contact Olight for a full refund in the form of a store credit or for a free replacement flashlight. The firm is reaching out to all known purchasers directly.

The ranges can tip over when a heavy weight is placed on an open oven door and the anti-tip-over bracket is not secured to the wall or floor, posing a tip-over hazard and risk of burn injuries from hot food or liquids in cookware.

Consumers should contact Danby Appliances to determine if their unit is part of the recall and to schedule a free in-home service call to inspect the recalled range’s anti-tip bracket and ensure it is securely installed in the floor or wall. Consumers are cautioned not to place any objects on the open oven door until the range’s anti-tip bracket has been inspected and repaired, if necessary. Consumers should not return the recalled ranges to the place of purchase, as retailers are not prepared to take the units back.  Danby is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Fuel can leak from the fuel tank vent onto hot components when the snowmobiles are on a tilt or flipped over, posing a fire hazard.    

Consumers should stop using the recalled snowmobiles immediately and contact a Ski-Doo dealer for a free repair. BRP is contacting all known purchasers directly to coordinate the free repair with dealers to change the routing and the exit location of the fuel tank vent. A protective plate will also be installed.

The user's rope can get caught or wedged in the PIRANA blocking slot and stop or suspend the climber, posing a drowning risk if they are under a waterfall or pool.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled PIRANA descender devices and contact Petzl for a full refund, including shipping. Consumers will be provided a postage-paid label to return their recalled descender.

Surface paint on the brown bell found in “Day 10” of the advent calendar contains levels of lead that exceed the federal lead paint ban, posing a risk of lead poisoning. Excessive levels of lead can be toxic or cause other health problems to young children if the paint is ingested.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled advent calendars away from children and contact ALDI for a full refund.

The lithium-ion battery in the Ionic smartwatch can overheat, posing a burn hazard. 

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Ionic smartwatches and contact Fitbit to receive pre-paid packaging to return the device. Upon receipt of the device, consumers will be issued a refund of $299. Fitbit will also provide participating consumers with a discount code for 40% off select Fitbit devices.
