Hazard:

The children’s nightgowns fail to meet federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled nightgowns away from children and stop using them. Consumers who purchased the garments from Amazon.com will be contacted through Amazon’s messaging platform and provided prepaid mailers to return the products for a full refund. Consumers can also contact AllMeInGeld to request a postage prepaid mailer to return the products for a full refund.

Hazard:

The toggle power switch can spark when the switch is used, posing a fire hazard. 

 

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled heaters and contact Home Easy for a full refund. Consumers should destroy the recalled heaters by unplugging the heater prior to cutting the electrical cord making the product inoperable and then prominently mark on the product “defective” before disposal, following local disposal guidelines. Consumers should take a photo of the cut electrical cord for submission to Home Easy at recall@homeeasy.net. Home Easy is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The tennis table can collapse when consumers lean against the table, posing a fall hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled tennis tables and contact Escalade Sports for a free repair kit and installation instructions or a full refund. Escalade Sports requires consumers to cut the net in several places, disassemble the table, and provide pictures to receive a refund. Consumers should not return the recalled tables to Target and should contact Escalade Sports for repair or full refund.

Hazard:

The recalled dressers are unstable if not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that may result in death or serious injuries to children. The dressers do not comply with the performance requirements of the U.S. voluntary industry standard (ASTM 2057-19). 

 

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chests and contact Rooms To Go for a free in-home repair by trained technicians, free replacement, or a full refund of the purchase price in the form of a Rooms To Go store credit, including free pick-up of the chest. Rooms To Go is contacting all known purchasers directly.

The hinge-closers can malfunction and not fully self-close gates when installed. This can lead to unintended access to pools and other areas, posing injury and drowning hazards to young children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the hinge-closers and secure access to areas where gates with the hinge-closers are used until the recalled hinge-closers have been replaced. Contact D&D Technologies to receive either a full refund or to schedule hinge-closer replacement at no cost. Consumers will also receive instructions on how to return recalled hinges to D&D Technologies via mail free of charge.

The ATVs fail to comply with the requirements of the federal mandatory ATV safety standard. The youth ATVs fail to meet the maximum speed limitations for vehicles intended for children ages 6, 10 and 12 years and older, or for teenagers, depending on the model. Additionally, for certain ATVs, the parking brakes do not prevent the movement of the vehicle. ATVs that fail to meet the mandatory safety requirements pose a risk of serious injury or death. 

 

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ATVs and contact Maxtrade for a free repair from an authorized repair shop. Maxtrade is contacting all known purchasers directly.

The power cord can become loose from the treadmill’s power socket, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Exercise facilities should ensure that the power cord is completely inserted into the power socket on the treadmills prior to each use, until repaired. The recalled loungers can collapse unexpectedly, posing an injury hazard if fingers get caught in the metal folding joints.  

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled beach loungers and return them to a Family Dollar store for a full refund. Consumers can also email Family Dollar for instructions to make the beach lounger unusable and to then provide Family Dollar a photo. Once confirmed, Family Dollar will provide a refund to the consumer.
