Hazard:

The Rosso Motors eQuad X and eQuad Q youth model ATVs do not meet mandatory federal safety standards. The youth ATVs exceed the maximum speed limitations for vehicles intended for children ages 6 and older which poses a risk of high-speed crash. Additionally, for certain ATVs, the mechanical suspension fails to comply with the safety standard requirement. ATVs that fail to meet mandatory safety requirements pose a risk of serious injury or death to consumers. The ATVs were also imported and distributed in the U.S. without a Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)-approved ATV Action Plan, which includes safety requirements designed to protect users. 

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ATVs and contact Rosso Motorsports to arrange to return the recalled ATVs for a refund amount according to the following depreciation schedule:

Hazard:

The packaging is not child resistant as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The tattoo numbing cream contains lidocaine, posing a risk of poisoning to young children if they ingest it.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cream and store it in a location out of reach of children. Contact Liu Xianli for instructions on how to dispose of the product to receive a full refund. Liu Xianli is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The ring and wire hanging mechanism can fail causing the mirror to detach and fall from the wall, posing injury and laceration hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Fritz mirror and contact Gabby for instructions on how to remove and dispose of the mirror for a free replacement mirror, including shipping. Consumers will be asked to submit a photo of the back of disposed product and certify that the product will no longer be used.

Hazard:

The awning and shutter motor’s power cable can disconnect while opened or closed manually (using the manual override feature), posing electric shock and electrocution hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the manual override feature if their motorized awnings or shutters are not connected to a GFCI outlet or circuit breaker. Consumers should contact SIMU for assistance in identifying the motor and to arrange for a free inspection and replacement motor.

Hazard:

The candles can burn at higher than usual temperatures causing the jars to break, posing fire and laceration injury hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled candles and contact the firm for instructions on how to cut the candle wicks and dispose of the product for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to certify disposal.

Remedy:

Consumers should stop using the battery packs on the recalled e-bikes immediately and contact Gyroor for a repair in the form of a free replacement battery pack. Gyroor is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The recalled products can contain bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, an environmental organism found widely in soil and water. People with weakened immune systems or external medical devices who are exposed to Pseudomonas aeruginosa face a risk of serious infection that may require medical treatment. The bacteria can enter the body if inhaled, through the eyes, or through a break in the skin. People with healthy immune systems are usually not affected by the bacteria.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Art of Green laundry detergent products and contact the firm for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers should take a photo of the UPC and date code and dispose of the product by closing the bottle tightly and placing it in household trash. Do not empty the product prior to disposal.

The recalled clothing fails to meet flammability standards for clothing textiles, posing a risk of burn injuries to consumers.

Remedy:

Consumers should stop using the recalled products immediately and contact Life is Good to request a postage-paid shipping label to return the products for a full refund. Upon receipt and verification of the recalled product, consumers will be issued a full refund. Life is Good is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

Improper installation of the fireplaces can lead to problems with heat release and/or ventilation, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled fireplaces until they have been in contact with Ortal or their authorized Ortal dealer to determine whether their fireplace needs a retrofit plate. A retrofit plate will only be installed if the fireplace is positioned on a wooden base or floor. Ortal is directly contacting all known dealers, installers, distributors, homeowners, and any other individuals that purchased or installed the recalled products. Ortal will install a retrofit plate and provide an inspection free of charge to consumers.
