Nuna Baby Essentials Recalls High Chairs Due to Fall Hazard
The arm bar can bend or detach during use, posing a fall hazard to children. 
Remedy:

Dream On Me Recalls High Chairs Due to Strangulation and Fall Hazards

The leg or side opening of the chair can allow a child's body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck or fall from the chair.

The high chair's seat can detach from the base. Graco has received reports of bumps, bruises, scratches and a concussion from falls.

Fisher-Price Recalls Healthy Care, Easy Clean and Close to Me High Chairs Due to Laceration Hazard
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, Fisher-Price Inc., of East Aurora, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling about 950,000 Healthy Care, Easy Clean and Close to Me High Chairs (in the United States and 125,000 in Canada). Children can fall on or against the pegs on the rear legs of the high chair resulting in injuries or lacerations. The pegs are used for high chair tray storage.

Graco Recalls Harmony™ High Chairs Due to Fall Hazard
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Graco Children's Products Inc., of Atlanta, Ga., is voluntarily recalling about 1.2 million Graco Harmony™ High Chairs. The screws holding the front legs of the high chair can loosen and fall out and/or the plastic bracket on the rear legs can crack causing the high chair to become unstable and tip over unexpectedly. This poses a fall hazard to children.

Evenflo Recalls Envision™ High Chairs Due to Fall and Choking Hazards
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Evenflo Company Inc., of Miamisburg, Ohio, is voluntarily recalling about 643,000 Evenflo Envision High Chairs. Recline fasteners and metal screws on both sides of the high chair can loosen and fall out, allowing the seatback to detach or recline unexpectedly. Children can fall backwards or fall out of the high chair and suffer bumps and bruises to the head, abrasions, cuts and bruises. Detached hardware also poses a choking hazard to children.

Evenflo Expands Recall of Majestic™ High Chairs Due to Fall and Choking Hazards
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Evenflo Company Inc., of Miamisburg, Ohio, is voluntarily recalling about 90,000 Evenflo Majestic High Chairs (95,000 were recalled in December 2008). Plastic caps and metal screws on both sides of the high chair can loosen and fall out, allowing the seatback to suddenly fall back or detach from the high chair. Children can fall backwards or fall out of the high chair and suffer bumps and bruises to the head, broken bones, abrasions, cuts and bruises. Detached hardware also poses a choking hazard to children.
