Hazard:

The tents are incorrectly labeled as being fire retardant (FR), posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the tents below near any flame or other source of ignition.  The firm will send the purchasers a new free label stating that the tent is not fire retardant (FR).  Once consumers receive the new label, they should remove the incorrect original label, replace it with the new label, and keep the tents away from any flame or other source of ignition.  Thermo Tents is contacting all known purchasers.

Hazard:

The recalled cabinets are unstable if not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in death or serious injuries to children.  The cabinets do not comply with the performance requirements of the U.S. voluntary industry standard (ASTM F2057-19).

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using any recalled cabinet that is not properly anchored to the wall and keep it away from children.  Homfa will provide pre-paid shipping labels, so that consumers can remove the cabinet’s drawer slides and return them to the firm for a full refund.  Consumers should then discard the rest of the dresser.  The firm is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

Corrosion of electrical components in Scentsy Luminary Jack Warmers and Scentsy Bless This Home Warmers due to fumigation required to eradicate a cockroach infestation in one of Scentsy’s shipping containers poses a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled warmers and contact Scentsy for a full refund.  Scentsy will issue refunds for all Luminary Jack Warmers and affected Bless This Home Warmers after consumers email Scentsy a photo of the warmer with the wires cut, rendering the warmers unusable.  Consumers with a Bless This Home Warmer should contact Scentsy for further instructions to determine if their Bless This Home Warmers are affected.  Scentsy is contacting purchasers directly.

The batteries in the flashlight can overheat, posing burn and fire hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the flashlight away from children, stop using it, remove the batteries and dispose of the flashlight; and contact Spirit Halloween for a full refund.

The connection between the power supply module and the output cord can be loose, causing the electrical connections to overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the Yeti 25A Fast Charge power supply and contact Goal Zero for a free repair.  If the product is in use, unplug it and wait for it to cool down before touching.

The reclining plate that holds the child bicycle seat in place can detach, making the child seat unstable and can cause the rider of the bicycle to lose control, posing a crash hazard.  

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Dash X FM child bicycle seats and contact Burley to receive instructions on how to identify and dispose of the recalled child seat and how to receive a free replacement child seat.  Consumers will be provided with a replacement Dash Bicycle Seat (Dash X FM, Dash FM, or Dash RM).

The telescoping poles of the pole saw/pruner can separate, causing the poles to come apart and fall down and the saw blade and pruner head to drop, posing a laceration hazard.  

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled pole saw/pruners and contact Fiskars Brands to receive instructions on how to destroy and dispose of the product in exchange for a full refund.
