The power cord can become loose from the treadmill’s power socket, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Exercise facilities should ensure that the power cord is completely inserted into the power socket on the treadmills prior to each use, until repaired. Contact Johnson Health Tech North America to schedule a free installation of a power cord bracket. Johnson Health Tech North America is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The recalled loungers can collapse unexpectedly, posing an injury hazard if fingers get caught in the metal folding joints.  

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled beach loungers and return them to a Family Dollar store for a full refund. Consumers can also email Family Dollar for instructions to make the beach lounger unusable and to then provide Family Dollar a photo. Once confirmed, Family Dollar will provide a refund to the consumer.

The chain saw can remain running when the switch is on the off position or turn on when plugged in, posing an injury hazard to the user.  

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chain saws and contact DEWALT to receive a pre-paid shipping label to return the product directly to DEWALT in order to receive a free replacement chain saw.

Hazard:

The lithium-ion battery modules within the Evolve Home Energy Storage Systems can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately contact Eguana Technologies to schedule a free repair to the Evolve system. All recalled units connected online will have the batteries state of charge remotely limited, to reduce the risk of overheating until the batteries are replaced. If your unit is not connected online, contact Eguana Technologies to schedule a technician to come to your residence to manually reduce the state of charge, at no cost. Eguana Technologies will arrange for all recalled lithium-ion batteries to be properly replaced and disposed of according to federal and state regulations, and is contacting all known owners directly or through its installers.

The over-the-counter drug products contain regulated substances which must be in child resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the products is not child resistant, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately store the recalled products in a safe location out of sight and reach of children, and safely dispose of the recalled product as soon as is practicable. Contact Geri-Care Pharmaceuticals for a full refund or replacement over-the-counter drug product.

Remedy:

Consumers who purchased the garments from Amazon.com will be contacted through Amazon’s messaging platform and provided prepaid mailers to return the products for a full refund. Consumers can also contact AOSKERA to request a postage prepaid mailer to return the products for a full refund.

The recalled children’s sleepwear garments fail to meet the United States flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled children’s sleepwear garments and take them away from children. Consumers should contact Childrensalon for instruction on returning the recalled sleepwear. Childrensalon will contact all known purchasers and provide prepaid return mailers. Upon returning the garment, Childrensalon, will refund consumers the purchase price.

The base of the silicone nipple has a fine slit that can cause the nipple to detach from the plastic shield, posing a choking hazard.  

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled pacifiers and contact the firm for a full refund or credit. To obtain a full refund or credit, consumers should cut the silicone nipple from the base of the pacifier and send a photograph of both the detached silicone nipple and the base of the pacifier to Mushie & Co at: mushie.com/pages/recalls. Consumers should then properly dispose of the pacifier by placing both pieces into the garbage.

The rear seat structure of the PTV can fail, resulting in the rear seat tilting unexpectedly, posing fall and injury hazards to the riders.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the rear facing seat of their recalled vehicle and contact Textron for a free repair. Textron Specialized Vehicles is contacting all purchasers directly to coordinate a free repair program with dealers to inspect and replace the recalled vehicle’s rear seat frame.
