Hazard:

A connection in the heater can leak the combustible air-gas mixture, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled heaters and contact Pentair Water Pool and Spa for a free repair.

Hazard:

The product is a dietary supplement containing iron, which must be in child resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA).  The packaging of the product is not child resistant, posing a poisoning risk if the contents are swallowed by young children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately store the product in a safe location out of reach of children.  Contact LifeSeasons for instructions on how to return the product for a full refund, or a refund in the form of a merchandise credit for the amount equal to the purchase price.

Hazard:

The packaging is not child resistant as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.  The pain relieving cream contains lidocaine, posing a risk of poisoning to young children if they put it on their skin or ingest it.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cream, store it in a safe location out of reach of children and contact YYBA for instructions on how to dispose of the product to receive a full refund.  YYBA is directly notifying all known consumers who purchased the recalled product on eBay, Walmart and wellspringmeds.com.  Amazon is directly notifying all customers who purchased the recalled product on Amazon.com.

The fuel pump retainer plate bolts can come loose causing fuel leakage over time, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact a Kawasaki dealer to schedule a free repair to replace the fuel pump retainer plate bolts.  Kawasaki is contacting all known purchasers directly.

The coffee bean roasters can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled coffee bean roasters and contact Metal Ware for a full refund or a refund in the form of a store credit.  Metal Ware will provide consumers with free return shipping for the roasters.  Upon Metal Ware’s receipt of the returned roaster, the consumer can choose between receiving a full refund of $85 or a refund in the form of a store credit in the amount of $100 for use at www.nesco.com

Hazard:

The recalled jackets have a drawstring in the hood and a drawsting in the waist area that can become entangled or caught on playground slides, hand rails, school bus doors or other moving objects, posing a strangulation and/or an entrapment hazard to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled jacket away from children and remove the drawstrings to eliminate the hazard, or return the jacket to BRAV USA for a full refund, shipping included.

Due to a software malfunction, the electric system can continue to provide assistance to the motor, causing continued forward momentum, when the rider is not actively pedalling, posing fall and injury hazards.

Remedy:
