The load center can overheat, posing thermal burn and fire hazards.

Remedy:

Schneider Electric is directly contacting all known retailers, distributors, homeowners, and any other individuals that purchased or installed the recalled product. All purchasers and installers should immediately contact Schneider Electric to arrange to have the recalled load centers inspected by trained electricians to determine if replacement or repair is required. This inspection and any resulting replacement or repair are free of charge. 

Consumers can find the catalog number and date code on indoor load centers inside the door of the panel. Consumers should immediately contact Schneider Electric to arrange to have the recalled load center inspected by a trained electrician to determine if repair is required. Hazard:

Surface paint on the desks and chairs contains levels of lead that exceed the federal lead paint ban, posing a lead poisoning hazard. The desks and chairs also fail to comply with the federal lead content ban. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled children’s desks and chairs and return them to a Times Tienda store for a full refund.​

The xylophone’s feet can loosen and fall off, posing a choking hazard to young children.

The recalled over-the-counter product contains the regulated substance acetaminophen which must be in child resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the product is not child resistant, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately store the recalled products in a safe location out of reach and sight of children. Contact Kroger for information on how to properly dispose of the product and receive a full refund.

The ceramic tower heater’s cord and plug can overheat when in use, posing fire and burn hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled heaters, unplug the unit, and follow the instructions online at (www.homeproductservice.com/recall) on how to properly sever the electrical cord to make the unit unusable, and contact the distributor, Sienhua Group (North America), to receive a prorated refund.

The toys’ yellow poles contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled toys and contact Jungle Jumparoo for information on how to properly dispose of the yellow poles and to receive free replacement poles, including shipping. Jungle Jumparoo is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

Tubes on the Activity Loops toys can detach from the base releasing small plastic rings, posing a small parts choking hazard to children.  

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the Activity Loops toys, take the toys away from children and return them for a full refund either to the place of purchase or directly to Manhattan Toy. Manhattan Toy will supply a prepaid shipping label for returns directly to the company.

Hazard:

The mudguard is positioned too close to the front wheel which can cause the wheel to lock up leading to sudden deceleration of the bike if an object gets caught between the mudguard and front tire, posing crash and injury hazards to the rider.   

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact an authorized Brompton dealer for a free repair, which replaces the front mudguard stay and flap and increases the clearance between the mudguard and tire.

The bulb in the fixture can pop, flash and overheat, posing fire and burn hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled black light fixtures and contact Spirit Halloween for a full refund. Consumers should send a photo of the date code to the firm and then will receive a full refund and instructions on how to destroy and dispose of the product.

Hazard:

The treadmills can start on their own, posing a fall hazard to a user.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled treadmills and contact Nautilus to receive a free USB flash drive with a software upgrade and installation instructions. Nautilus will automatically ship the USB flash drive and instructions at no cost to customers who purchased the treadmills directly from Nautilus. The instructions will direct consumers to plug the flash drive into the USB port on the treadmill to upload the software upgrade.
