The back of the chair can break or detach from the seat base when a consumer is seated in the chair, posing a fall hazard.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chairs and contact TJX for instructions on how to participate in the recall and dispose of the chairs from home to receive a full refund.  Consumers can also return the recalled chairs to any Marshalls, T.J. The candle wicks can burn too close to the side of the container, causing the glass to break, posing fire and laceration hazards.

A defective screw on the turret connection can break, posing a risk of severe injury and drowning hazard for divers.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled scuba regulators and contact XDEEP for a full refund or free replacement. The replacement includes a different model. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled air fryers and contact Cosori to receive their choice of a free replacement air fryer or another Cosori product by registering at recall.cosori.com. During registration consumers must provide their contact information and submit photos of the recalled unit with the cord cut off. No receipt is needed to receive a replacement.
