Hazard:

The snaps in the bodysuit of the recalled base layer sets can detach, posing a choking hazard if mouthed by infants.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Patagonia Infant Capilene Midweight Base Layer Sets and contact Patagonia for a full refund. Patagonia will provide consumers with prepaid labels to return the recalled product, and a full refund upon receipt of the product.

Hazard:

The back of the chair can break or detach from the seat base when a consumer is seated in the chair, posing a fall hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chairs and contact TJX for instructions on how to participate in the recall and dispose of the chairs from home to receive a full refund.  Consumers can also return the recalled chairs to any Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods or Homesense store for a full refund.

The candle wicks can burn too close to the side of the container, causing the glass to break, posing fire and laceration hazards.

Remedy:

Hazard:

When the recalled bed rails are attached to an adult’s bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. This poses a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation.

Remedy:

Consumers should stop using the recalled bed rails immediately and contact Platinum Health for a free repair kit. Consumers who use model PHB7000D on twin beds will receive a free replacement bed rail redesigned to properly fit twin beds.

Hazard:

A defective screw on the turret connection can break, posing a risk of severe injury and drowning hazard for divers.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled scuba regulators and contact XDEEP for a full refund or free replacement. The replacement includes a different model. Consumers can return the recalled regulator to the place of purchase or contact Tec Dive Gear to obtain a parcel label to return the regulator for free. 1st Stage is contacting all known purchasers.

The high chairs can break, posing a fall hazard to children. 

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled high chairs and return them to any of the Restaurant Store locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware or Maryland or contact Clark Associates for a free replacement or refund in the form of a store credit and instructions on how to properly discard the product. Consumers will be asked to submit a photo of the dismantled or destroyed product and dispose of it.

The recalled bookcases are unstable and can tip over if not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in death or injuries to children.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bookcases and contact TJX for either a full refund or a refund in the form of store gift card and for instructions on how to receive a free pick-up of the bookcase. TJX is contacting known purchasers directly.

A wire connection in the air fryers can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled air fryers and contact Cosori to receive their choice of a free replacement air fryer or another Cosori product by registering at recall.cosori.com. During registration consumers must provide their contact information and submit photos of the recalled unit with the cord cut off. No receipt is needed to receive a replacement.
