Cummins Power Generation Recalls Portable Generators Due to Fire Hazard
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Cummins Power Generation, of Minneapolis, Minn., is voluntarily recalling about 550 portable generators. Fuel can leak through the carburetor during normal usage, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Homelite, Husky and Black Max Generators Recalled Due to Fire Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Home Depot and Sam's Club Stores
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Homelite Consumer Products Inc., of Anderson, S.C., is voluntarily recalling about 51,750 Homelite, Husky and Black Max Brand Generators. The fuel gauge can leak excessive amounts of gasoline, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Big Muddy Motor Sports Recalls Generators Due to Fire Hazard
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Big Muddy Sports, of Perryville, Mo., is voluntarily recalling about 450 PowerPlus Generators. The 220-volt receptacle can fail to produce power correctly and cause power surges that can damage appliances. This poses a risk of fire and possible injury to consumers.

Gas Generators Recalled by Sycamore SCS Due to Fire Hazard
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with Sycamore SCS, of Louisville, K.Y., is voluntarily recalling about 1,500 Sycamore Pro Gas Generators. A plastic sediment cup attached to the bottom of the fuel valve can crack during shipping and handling and cause fuel leakage or spillage, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Portable Generators Recalled by General Power Products Due to Fire Hazard
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), General Power Products LLC, of Loveland, Ohio, is voluntarily recalling about 13,000 Portable Generators. The generator's fuel valve can be damaged by the cover plate during shipment and cause a fuel leak and fuel spillage during use, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Cummins Power Generation Inc. Recalls Stationary Natural Gas and Propane Fueled Generators Due to Fire Hazard
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Cummins Power Generation Inc., of Fridley, Minn., is voluntarily recalling about 3,300 Stationary Natural Gas and Propane Fueled Generators. The generator's fuel shut-off valve can fail to close, resulting in a gas leak from the unit. This poses a risk of fire and burn injuries to consumers.

DEWALT Recalls Portable Generators Due to Electric Shock Hazard
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), DEWALT Industrial Tool Co., of Towson, Md., is voluntarily recalling about 13,000 DEWALT DG2900 Portable Generators. A ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) installed on the generator could fail to operate properly, posing a risk of electric shock to consumers.
