Hazard:

The children’s nightgowns fail to meet the flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled nightgowns away from children and contact iMOONZZZ for a full refund. Consumers who purchased the nightgowns will be asked to destroy the garments by cutting them in half and send the recalling firm a photo of the destroyed garment. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will be issued a full refund of the purchase price.

The product contains lidocaine which must be in child resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging is not child resistant, posing a risk of poisoning to young children if they ingest the anesthetic cream.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cream and store it in a location out of sight and reach of children. Contact Mohnark Pharmaceuticals for instructions on how to dispose of the product to receive a full refund. Mohnark Pharmaceuticals is contacting all known purchasers directly.

The children’s robes fail to meet the flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled robes away from children and contact Richie House for a full refund. Consumers who purchased the robes will be asked to destroy the garments by cutting them in half and send the recalling firm a photo of the destroyed garment and of the garment’s side seam label. Upon receipt of the photos, consumers will be issued a full refund. Walmart and Richie House are contacting all known purchasers directly.

One of the U-shaped buckles on the supporting cables can fail, posing an impact injury hazard to the user or bystander if the rack falls. 

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately unload all items from the racks and contact the firm for a free repair kit. The repair kit includes the instructional video link and written instructions on adding additional support to the storage rack. Loctek is contacting all known purchasers.

Hazard:

The glass Coda pendant light fixtures can detach from their electrical cord, causing the fixture to fall unexpectedly, posing a risk of injury from impact.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately prevent people from going under the recalled light fixtures and contact Tech Lighting to receive a free repair kit. Consumers will need to schedule installation of the repair kit by a certified electrician, and Tech Lighting will reimburse the consumer for the service.  Upon submitting the invoice to Tech Lighting for the installation charges, consumers will receive a reimbursement check.

Hazard:

The lithium-ion batteries in the umbrella’s solar panels can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the umbrellas, remove the solar panel puck containing a lithium-ion battery from the top of the umbrella, store the puck out of the sun and away from combustible material, and do not charge the puck with the AC adapter. 

Consumers can return the umbrellas and solar puck to any Costco Warehouse nationwide for a full refund. Consumers unable to return the product to Costco can contact the firm for instructions on how to receive a refund. SunVilla and Costco are contacting all known purchasers.

The metal snaps on the rompers can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled rompers away from children and return the rompers to any The Children’s Place store for a full refund. The company will send an email notice to all customers who bought the product on the firm’s website with instructions on how to receive a full refund for the recalled products.
