The children’s robes fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled robes away from children, stop using them and contact Vaenait Baby for a full refund. Consumers who purchased the robes will be asked to destroy the robes by cutting them in half and send the recalling firm a photo of the destroyed garment. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will be issued a full refund of the purchase price. Vaenait Baby will contact all known purchasers.

The gas hose can come into contact with the heat shield, melting the hose and igniting the fire table, posing a fire hazard.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled fire tables, make sure the gas tank is OFF, and contact Ove Decors for a free repair kit, including shipping. Consumer will receive a spring hook to keep the hose away from the heat shield and a warning label.

The recalled headlight sealant contains low-viscosity hydrocarbons which must be in child resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging for the products does not meet federal child resistant packaging requirements, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.

The tilt latch can cause the window opening control devices to malfunction, posing fall and serious injury hazards.

The TV can become unstable while on the assembled stand, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children and others.

Consumers using the TV’s supporting stand legs should immediately detach it and place the television in a safe location away from children. Contact LG Electronics for instructions on how to inspect the unit and to obtain replacement screws and stand parts, including help from a technician for a free repair. Consumers who wall-mounted their TVs do not need to stop using their TVs.

The circuit board inside the vacuum’s battery pack can overheat and smoke, posing a fire hazard.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vacuums and contact BISSELL for a free battery pack replacement. Consumers can either take the product to a local BISSELL authorized service center for a free battery pack replacement or schedule a free in-home repair visit from an authorized BISSELL service technician to replace the existing battery pack.  

The vehicle's intake funnel band screw can loosen and enter the engine through the intake funnel and cause sudden engine failure. If this occurs, it can result in a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled recreational off-highway vehicles and contact an authorized Honda Powersports dealer to schedule an appointment for a free inspection and repair, which includes proper tightening and thread deformation of the intake funnel screw. Infant fatalities have occurred in the Rock ‘n Play Sleepers, after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained, or under other circumstances.

Consumers should stop using the Rock ‘n Play immediately and contact Fisher-Price for a refund or voucher.  It is illegal to sell or distribute the recalled sleepers.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact a Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair. Polaris will instruct dealers to install new fuel filler neck clamps and, if needed, a fill neck cover.  Polaris has notified consumers to stop riding the vehicles and is contacting registered owners directly to provide more details about the repair.
