Hazard:

The wall mounting anchors provided with the range hoods do not adequately secure the hood to the wall, posing an injury hazard to the consumer.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using and inspect range hoods per the instructions provided at www.airkinglimited.com/recall to determine if included in recall.  Air King will provide customers with recalled units free replacement wall anchors and repairs by a qualified technician.

The portable generator can leak gasoline from the fuel valve, posing fire and burn hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled generators and contact a local authorized Honda Power Equipment service dealer to schedule a free repair. Honda is contacting all known purchasers directly.

The throttle cable can make contact with internal electric wiring, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Zero Turn Mowers and contact an authorized Kubota dealer to schedule a free repair. Kubota is contacting all known purchasers directly.

 The bicycle stem can break, posing crash and injury hazards to the rider.  

Remedy:

The recalled saddles were manufactured with screws that were too short, causing the girth of the saddle to detach from the tree of the saddle, posing a fall hazard to the rider.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Collegiate saddles and contact the firm for a free repair.

The lithium-ion battery can overheat, melt or ignite when charged with a charger other than the one provided with the product, posing fire and burn hazards to the user.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled socks, remove the battery and contact the firm for instructions on how to receive a free replacement pair of socks with battery or a full refund.

The skis can detach from the binding during a fall, allowing the ski to break, posing an injury hazard to the user

The plates are incorrectly labeled as microwave-safe. They contain aluminum, which poses a fire hazard if microwaved.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled plates, and return them to their WIC Clinic for free replacement plates. Replacement plates are being manufactured and will be sent to Indiana WIC clinics when they become available.

The vehicle’s oil cooler hoses can separate and the fuel tank cap gasket can crack allowing fuel to leak, posing a fire hazard.  

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled utility vehicles and contact a Kawasaki dealer to schedule a free repair. Kawasaki is contacting all known purchasers directly.
