Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled boilers and contact the installer or distributor to schedule a free boiler repair. The firm is contacting distributors directly.

Hazard:

The ATV’s A-arm can separate from the frame and cause loss of steering control, posing crash and injury hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ATVs and contact Textron Specialized Vehicles to arrange for a free inspection and free repair.  Textron Specialized will instruct dealers to inspect the main frame A-arm mount brackets for cracks before adding the support bracket. The main frame weldment will be replaced, free of cost, along with the addition of the strengthening brackets, if the main frame A-arm mount bracket is cracking. Textron Specialized Vehicles is contacting all purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The high-pressure fuel line can get damaged by contact with the fuel pump cover, causing a fuel leak that poses burn and fire hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using mowers with the recalled engines and contact Kawasaki or a Kawasaki dealer to schedule a free repair. Kawasaki is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The lower side of the stroller frame can crack, posing a fall risk to children in the stroller.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Single strollers and contact Mockingbird to receive a free frame reinforcement kit, which includes two frame clamps that attach to the sides of the stroller to reinforce the frame. Mockingbird is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The plastic fittings that attach the mirror to the wall can break, causing the mirror to fall, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mirrors and contact IKEA to order a free set of replacement wall fittings and instructions. Alternatively, customers can return the mirror to any IKEA store for a full refund. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required to receive a full refund.

The docking station’s printed circuit board can short circuit when exposed to moisture, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled STIHL iMOW docking stations and contact STIHL or an authorized STIHL servicing dealer for a free at-home repair of their docking station.

Hazard:

The recalled heated blankets can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards. 

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using and unplug the recalled blankets and contact Star Elite for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to complete the online recall registration form available at www.productrecall.sunbeamhome.com and to destroy the blanket by cutting the power cord at the plug, marking an “X” with permanent marker on the wash label and sending the recalling firm a photo of the destroyed blanket.

Hazard:

Some of the glass lids are too tight causing the jar to break when the lid is forcibly removed, posing a laceration hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled scented candles and should not attempt to forcibly remove the lid if it does not come off easily. Contact Fredericksburg Farms for instructions on how to return the product for a full refund.

Hazard:

The products contain sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide which must be in child resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the products is not child resistant, posing a risk of chemical burns and irritation to the skin and eyes. In addition, the label on the product violates the Federal Hazardous Substance Act (FHSA) by omitting the word “poison” for poisonous chemicals.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and store them in a safe location out of sight and reach of children. Consumers should contact Ecoxall for instructions on how to dispose of the recalled product at their local hazardous waste center and how to receive a full refund. Consumers should confirm they have disposed of the recalled product by email, along with a photo of the recalled product or disposal receipt, to EcoxallLLC@gmail.com to receive the refund. The recalled prescription drugs must be in child resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the products is not child resistant, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately secure the recalled product out of the sight and reach of children and contact Pfizer for a free child resistant pouch to store the product. Once the product is secured, consumers can continue to use it as directed.
