Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled lamp burners and contact Crownplace Brands for a free replacement.

Incidents/Injuries:

The firm has received one report of thread failure, resulting in a first degree burn.

Hardware and antique stores nationwide and online atwww.amazon.comfrom July 2015 through July 2016 for between $100 and $400. The lamp burners were sold separately and as part of a lamp assembly.
