Zachary Foster (ESHF), and other CPSC staff will participate in a hybrid (CPSC staff will be attending in-person and virtually) (West Conshohocken, PA) meeting with the F15.21 Soft Infant & Toddler Carriers Subcommittee on 10/27/2026 at 2:00pm to 2:30pm (ET). This meeting was requested by ASTM.
