Simon Lee (ESEF), and other CPSC staff will participate in a virtual meeting with the ASTM F3463 Safety of Connected Products F15.75 Connected Products Entrapment Prevention Task Group on 07/23/2026 at 1:00pm to 2:00pm (ET). This meeting was requested by ASTM.
This Task Group meeting will continue possible updates for the standard to incorporate Artificial Intelligence-integrated entrapment prevention technology, to include results of recent Subcommittee and Task Group meetings.
