PHTA-16 Standard Writing Committee (SWC)
Vineed Dayal (LSM), and other CPSC staff will participate in a virtual meeting with the PHTA-16 Standard Writing Committee (SWC) on 05/18/2026 at 2:00pm to 3:00pm (ET). This meeting was requested by Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA).
This meeting is to discuss revisions to the APSP-16 2017 American National Standard for Suction Outlet Fitting Assemblies (SOFA) for Use in Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs, referenced in the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Act (VGBA).
