NFPA 30 Second Draft Meeting
Scott Ayers (ESEF), and other CPSC staff will participate in a two-day hybrid (CPSC staff will be attending virtually) meeting with the NFPA 30 Second Draft Meeting from 08/05/2025 at 8am to 08/06/2025 at 5pm (ET). This meeting was requested by NFPA 30 Storage and Warehousing Committee.
The NFPA 30 Storage and Warehousing Committee will meet over two days to discuss Public Comments received to the first draft of the next edition of NFPA 30. CPSC staff expect the committee to discuss a staff public comment requesting NFPA reference the portable fuel container safety act, the children gasoline burn prevention act, and others.
