Commissioner Feldman’s staff will hold a teleconference with representatives of The Toy Association to discuss the Commission’s rulemaking regarding e-filing of certificates of compliance.   Participants from The Toy Association are expected to include Jos Huxley (Senior VP, Technical Affairs) and Owen Caine (VP, Government Affairs).
