On Friday November 22nd, 2024, from 1-2pm EST, the Small Business Administration (SBA) will co-host a virtual small business roundtable with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Office of Trade Relations (OTR) and representatives from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to discuss small business perspectives related to three upcoming trade related issues:

  1. 21st Century Customs Framework
  2. Section 321 De Minimis compliance and enforcement 
  3. CPSC Certificates of Compliance and eFiling

This will be a focused time to offer ideas and ask questions of federal agency experts.
