The discussion will include the final rule CPSC has under consideration and the reporting requirement for the Certificate of Conformity. Participants will include Ralph Carter, Staff Vice President, FedEx; Amgad Shehata, Senior Vice President, Global Public Affairs and Strategy, UPS; and Michael Mullen, Executive Director, Express Association of America.
